Susan Wilde

Susan Wilde, who has just returned from several years in the Middle East, began her career in the advertising and editorial fields doing art direction, layouts, marker renderings, illustrations and graphic design. During the past twelve years she has concentrated on fine art, initially working in oil pastels and now painting in oils. Fine art training from the Renaissance period left her fascinated with the use of chiaroscuro (strong light contrasted with deep shadow) which is evident in her work today. Susan has had numerous group and solo exhibitions in Canada and internationally. She now lives and paints in Campbellville, ON.
