John Bellinger

John began drawing and painting scenes around Toronto when young, which led him to a career in commercial art.
He worked for over 35 years on various magazines, as an art director. He won many awards for design and photography. John has taken classes in sculpture, bronze casting, figure drawing and painting at Central and Danforth
Technical schools. He exhibits in many group and solo shows selling both sculpture and paintings; now paints full time in his studio. The rhythm of light and colour in nature inspires him to constantly search to portray the beauty
of Prince Edward County where he spends his summers.
