Macy AwadMacy Awad is a Toronto based artist. She studied Fine Art at the Cincinnati Art Academy, Eastern Michigan University, and graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design in 1976. She has received several scholarships and grants, and has shown in Toronto and internationally. Macy is particularly interested in movement and the emotional communication of such movement. However composition is the aspect of her work that she believes makes it unique, Her work is included in both private and public collections She currently lives in Toronto and has a studio in the Distillery District where she works and exhibits.
